The Lewes Chamber has scheduled an official ribbon-cutting for 5 p.m. on Friday, April 10th and the exhibition opening follows from 5 to 7 p.m.

Founded in 2009, the Young Photographers Alliance (YPA) is a national organization that inspires and empowers young, gifted photographers by fostering direct, meaningful connections between emerging and established photographers. In collaboration with professional photographers, the four artists in this exhibition, who are student members of the YPA at Salisbury University, have created images with the theme of ‘boundaries.’

Led by industry professionals, YPA is unique in its focus on community and in its mission to provide aspiring image-makers with invaluable access to the kind of practical industry knowledge, experience, resources, and contacts they need to build sustainable careers as photography professionals.

The RAL Art Studios on Route 9 are located at 12000 Old Vine Boulevard, Suite 102, Lewes, DE. Gallery hours are Wednesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.

RAL programs are made possible, in part, by grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
